Order Cancellation Policy

  1. Custom-made Products: All products offered for purchase by The Bed Swing, LLC, whether through our website at thebedswing.com or directly through the company, are custom-made and built to the specific preferences of each customer.

  2. Cancellation Discretion: Given the bespoke nature of our offerings, The Bed Swing, LLC retains the sole discretion to accept or decline cancellation requests for any order once it has been placed.

  3. Service/Restocking Fee: In the event that a cancellation is approved, a service/restocking fee amounting to 15% of the order's total value will be deducted. The balance of the monies received for the order will be refunded to the customer.

Product Image Disclaimer

  1. Representation Only: The product images displayed on our website serve as representations of the selected options by customers. These images aim to provide a general understanding of the product's appearance and may not encapsulate every detail.

  2. Variation in Display Devices: Customers should be aware that due to the variability among monitors and other viewing devices, there might be discrepancies in color and quality. As such, the displayed images should not be interpreted as exact proofs of the final product.

 

Order Acceptance and Refusal

  1. Right to Fulfill or Refuse Orders: The Bed Swing, LLC retains the exclusive right to either fulfill or decline any order. Orders may be refused due to various reasons, including but not limited to, constraints in the supply of goods, circumstances where our costs (such as those for goods, shipping, or production) are unexpectedly exceeded, or any other cost-related factors associated with fulfilling the order.

  2. Refund for Refused Orders: In cases where an order is declined for any of the aforementioned reasons, The Bed Swing, LLC commits to providing a full (100%) refund of the purchase price for each item that the customer will not receive.

Lead-Time Variability and Estimates

  1. General Lead-time: Customers recognize that the lead-time required for processing and delivering orders can vary throughout the year. While the typical lead-time is estimated to be between 4 to 6 weeks, it might extend to periods of 6 to 12 weeks or even longer.

  2. Specific Lead-time for Bed Swings: Orders specifically for bed swings have an estimated lead-time ranging from 6 to 16 weeks. However, this duration may sometimes surpass the provided timeframe due to various factors.

  3. Factors Influencing Lead-time: The variability in lead-time is influenced by multiple factors. These factors might include, but are not restricted to:

    • Fabric back orders.
    • Interruptions in the supply chain.
    • Surge in order volumes.
    • Detailed customization requests from customers.

  4. Estimate Nature of Lead-time: While The Bed Swing, LLC strives to offer accurate and up-to-date lead-time estimates, it's crucial for customers to understand that these are only approximations and might be revised without any prior notification.

  5. Customer Appreciation: We sincerely value our customers' comprehension and patience regarding these potential fluctuations and any resultant delays.

Additional Shipping Costs

Shipping Cost Estimations and Adjustments

  1. Estimation of Shipping Costs: Customers understand and concur that the shipping cost provided during checkout is a preliminary estimate and not a fixed rate.

  2. Potential Additional Charges: If the genuine freight charges exceed the estimated amount due to specific reasons such as:

    • Deliveries to remote locations.
    • Application of fuel surcharges.
    • Unexpected price hikes outside the control of The Bed Swing, LLC.

    The Customer will bear the responsibility for these additional costs.

  3. Notification of Additional Charges: Should such scenarios arise, The Bed Swing, LLC will promptly inform the Customer by providing a detailed invoice highlighting the extra charges and explaining the reasons for the surge in costs.

  4. Payment Prior to Delivery: Payment of any supplemental charges will be obligatory before the order is dispatched or delivered to the Customer.

Agreement to Terms of Service by Order Placement

By placing an order with The Bed Swing, LLC, customers expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by our Terms of Service as set forth in this document. It is the responsibility of the customer to review these terms prior to making a purchase. Any purchase made indicates an agreement to the stipulated terms and conditions as outlined.
