Product Customization and Warranty

  1. Custom-made Products: All products available for purchase on this site are custom-made and tailored according to client specifications. As such, each product is unique and may exhibit slight variations from images or descriptions provided.

  2. One-Year Manufacturing Warranty: The Bed Swing, LLC offers a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects resulting directly from manufacturing processes.

  3. Exclusions from Warranty: a. Natural Aging of Wood: Due to the inherent properties of wood, The Bed Swing, LLC does not provide warranty coverage for the natural aging of wood. This includes, but is not limited to, natural phenomena like cracking or splitting that may occur over time in wooden products. b. Damages by Consumer: Any damages incurred to the product post-purchase, either due to misuse, neglect, or accidental harm by the consumer, are not covered under warranty. c. Third-party Purchases: Warranty does not extend to products purchased through unauthorized third-party vendors or resellers. d. Damage to Other Property: The Bed Swing, LLC is not liable for any damages to other properties resulting from the use or placement of our products.

  4. Case-by-Case Warranty Evaluation: All warranty claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The Bed Swing, LLC retains full discretion in determining the legitimacy of any claim and the appropriate remedial action, if any.

Fabric Warranty and Return Policy for Pillows and Cushions

  1. Fabric Warranty: Sunbrella and Outdura Brands offer a warranty for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase, protecting their fabric against fading and normal wind wear.

  2. Customized Products and Return Policy: All pillows and cushions available for purchase from The Bed Swing, LLC are custom-made based on individual client specifications. Due to the highly customizable nature of our product offerings: a. For the initial 30 days following the delivery of the product, The Bed Swing, LLC retains the discretion to accept or decline return requests. Given that many of our items may not be resalable, customers should be certain of their choices before placing an order. b. If a return request for cushions or pillows is approved within the aforementioned 30-day period, the customer will incur a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, all return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return and Refund Policy

  1. Custom-made Products: All products manufactured and sold by The Bed Swing, LLC are tailored based on individual client specifications.

  2. Return of Bed Swings:

    • Eligibility: Bed swings that are displayed on our website without any custom modifications are eligible for return within 30 days post-delivery, given the following conditions are met: a. The swing must be in the exact condition as when delivered. b. The customer agrees to a 15% restocking fee. c. The customer is responsible for all costs related to shipping the bed swing back to The Bed Swing, LLC.

  3. Pillows and Cushions Return Policy:

    • Within the initial 30 days post-delivery, The Bed Swing, LLC holds the discretion to either accept or decline return requests for pillows or cushions. This is due to the products being custom-made, and many items might be non-resellable owing to individualized fabric preferences.
    • In situations where a return is accepted, the following conditions apply: a. The customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee. b. All return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

 

Agreement to Refund Policy by Order Placement

By placing an order with The Bed Swing, LLC, customers expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by our Refund Policy as detailed in this document. Prior to finalizing a purchase, it is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly review this policy. Proceeding with a purchase signifies full acceptance of the stipulated refund terms and conditions presented.
